The Basics
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn or unused, with all tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

- Ship it backReturns are sent to: 9230 Brookwood Court, Bonita Springs, FL 34135, United States. International returns may take longer than expected.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, so we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
